can i get any free seat with 65 percentile

Sorry for answering your question late.I hope you are talking about your JEE mains result.I assume you belong to general category as you haven't mentioned your category in the question.According to your percentile your crl rank would be high and it is not enough to get a seat in NITs,IIITs or GFTIs.But you can go for b-category seats in your state level colleges through your jee mains score.I suggest you to go through the following links for more information.
