can I get any government or private college with a score of 482 and belongs to mbc catogery??

I assume you want to know about admissions to colleges through NEET. As you have mentioned above you are from the MBC category which eventually falls under OBC category so the cutoff for NEET 2020 for OBC category is 146-113 which you clearly . For general category it would have been difficult but according to your category I think you will get a government college but you might have to wait for the later rounds.
