Hello,
Your 12th marks and the jee percentile is low which doesnot help you out to get good college.
Since your jee percentile is 50, your rank is about 4.3 lacs which is very difficult that you will qualify the exam.
And coming to your WBJEE rank you may get cse in mushirabad college if are from OP category.
But I reccomend to apply for private institutions also which fetch you to get good college.
