You can get iits if you wait till last round of counselling. Chances are pretty high that you'll get an iit because in 129 marks you will get a rank in top 15000 . You can get branches like ceramics in iit Kanpur, textile in iit delhi and branches like civil in new iits.
So wait till last round of josaa counselling
