Hello Aspirant,
As per 2019 JEE Main cutoff you qualify the exam but with this score the chances are very less to get a seat in NITs, IIIT and GFTIs. JOSSA 2019 counselling is over now, I hope you have also checked JOSSA 2019 seat Allotment.

As per for this year 2019, the classes have been started at all NITs after admission. Admission in all the NITs have been completed by mid july only. And you score of 60 percentile will not be valid for 2020. So, you need to score again in 2020 jee mains for admission. And 60 percentile is never enough, get at least 90 percentile for SC cateogry for admission in NITs.
