Sir i got 113000 rank in general and 34000 in obc category. Can i get a seat in any where whether in iiit or gfti and any branch????

Yes, with that rank you can get a seat in NIT under ST category. But the thing to notice here is the stream that you want. If you want to go in for top NITs and opt for CSE/IT, then it's really challenging with that rank, but if you are alright with other streams, then you should go in for it.
