With a TS EAMCET 2024 rank around 54,000, you actually have a good shot at getting into reputable colleges for biotechnology. While top-tier institutions like IITs and the highest-ranking NITs might be out of reach, many NITs, IIITs, and well-known private engineering colleges offer B.Tech in Biotechnology or similar branches and accept students in this rank range.
For example, colleges such as NIT Durgapur, NIT Raipur, and sometimes BIT Mesra have had closing ranks around or even slightly above your rank in previous counseling sessions.
