Can I get bams college with 143 marks

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
So on such marks you have no chance to get any of the medical college through NEET score because on such score you even have not qualified NEET 2020.
The qualifying cut-offs for NEET 2020 as released by National Testing Agency for different categories :-
- General - 50th percentile - 720-147 marks
- General-PH - 45th percentile - 146-129 marks
- SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 146-113 marks
- SC/ST/OBC-PH - 40th percentile - 128-113 marks
