Can I get campus placement after my mtech from abroad if I have 65% in 12th boards ? Are 12th scores important for campus placements ?

Many Companies don't bother about your Class 12th marks. All they look for is your skill and how well you can do in the position you applied for. You can apply for Off Campus Placements and all they care about is that you passed your class 12th and have good technical skills and good marks during your bachelors and masters degree

But some companies do set a eligibility criteria to sit in their placement. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys have an eligibility criteria of 60% in all 5 subjects of  class 12th. Some companies like IBM, Accenture,Amazon,  HCL set the eligibility criteria at 70%. Some companies like Google Microsoft, SAP have 75% eligibility criteria. And some top Consulting firms like Mckinsey and Bain have eligibility criteria of 80% or above in class 12th.

So, it all depends upon the company. There are some who set a minimum eligibility criteria based on class 12th but there are also some who don't. So, Yes you can get campus placement after your post graduation provided that you have good marks in your bachelors as well as masters degree along with good technical knowledge or the role for which you are applying.
