Can I get college for 92percentile in obc

Yes surely you can get a get a good college. As your marks is pretty good and also you have special cast that is why you have a lot of chances to get a good nit.

NIT patna,  NIT jamsedhpur are in your list might be.

If you want cse then you will get no nit but for the other branches you have the chances.
