The cutoff for CSE in Thapar University, Patiala is generally around 150-156 if you are a general candidate from outside Punjab and if you are a domicile of Punjab then you require a minimum of 238 as per the past year trends.
So yes, you will be on the borderline to get CSE in Thapar if you score 150 marks in JEE Mains 2019.
