At 90.34 percentile your approximate crl rank would be around 90k at this rank if you are a general candidate then getting even a seat in any nit is tough so getting cse seat is extremely rare and there are very bleak prospects for it. If you just want an nit seat then lower nit like those of the north east might be an option but there also you might not get a seat. In my recommendation you should reappear for jee and secure a good rank so that you can get your dream college.
