The cutoff for Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University is not that high. According to last years trends, the cutoff went up to 41553 till the last round of counseling. The round 1 cutoff for CS for last years was around 26000. since you have not mentioned your rank you have to tally your rank yourself and check whether you can or can not get into the university.
