According to you, you scored 96.2 percentile in JEE Main then your rank would be around 38874 - 43700 . You do not mention your category. So I am assuming that you belong to general category. And also you do not mention state region(home state or other state).

So, there is a minimum chance to get admission in top NITs for CSE branch.
