You can absolutely and definitely grab a seat even if you are a general category candidate since cutoffs for B.Tech in CSE varies ends at 15000 approx in the second round of AP EAMCET counselling.

But srkr seats are all filled in first counselling how can I get the seat ???

I'm very sorry but it will be first counselling and not second. It was my mistake.
