Yes, I believe being from OBC+ PWD Category, you have fair chances in securing a seat in CSE at one of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs with 30/300 JEE Main Score. However, I would advise you to aim scoring higher between 50-75/300, to have higher chances in securing CSE at some of the Best NITs or IIITs.
