can i get EEE in any college in jac chandigarh.my jee main rank is 70000 and obc rank is 19000.

With your general rank it is a bit difficult and even if you get admission you might not be able to get EEE but with your obc rank, you can get EEE in some good colleges of JAC Chandigarh.
