You have not mentioned your category and the state you belong to?

With 260 marks in NEET you are qualified in neet . If you are from general category then it is difficult to get seat for mbbs even in private colleges. You can get a dental seat in private colleges that too depends upon cut off neet 2020 of the colleges .

Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off.

Neet 2020 cut off is as follows

General category 685-145

OBC 678-118

SC 595-118

ST - 599-118

You have not mentioned your category. So,I consider as general. For 260 marks you are surely eligible. In neet 150 marks is the cutoff marks for eligibility in general categary.
