Hi Aspirant ,
Sorry to disappoint you but according to the previous year cutoff of upsee , you need to have a score between 3k to 5k.With these marks you would only have options of private engineering colleges.
But don't lose hope and go through the all stages of counselling , there is always a chance of getting govt. engineering college in the last stages of counselling. You can also go through this link to predict your college based upon your rank.
