Considering the previous years Cutoff , u could get seat in Govt medical college with 450 marks only if you belong to reservation category and also seeking seat through state quota,

The chance of getting a government medical college at less than 500 marks is a bit of a bleak chance, it also depends on the number of seats available in the college, so try to get to the college as soon as admission applications open up.
