Can i get government medical college if i get 465 in tamilnadu in obc category

Well dear you have got a score of 465 that means your rank according to the previous year trends should be around 30,000-43,000.Also,you said you come under OBC category then obvisouly your category rank will be lower than the predicted All India Rank.
So,dear you do have good chances if getting government medical college.But,the cutoff' keep changing every year so nothing can be gurenteed.
