Can I get government medical college in Maharashtra by scoring 500+

Dear Vivek, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, under State quota foe General Category even 400 marks got 2 seats and under OBC category even 357 scored a Seat. Under All India Quota, 550 for General Category got a Medical seat. Having said that, cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, difficultu of the exam, top NEET score and category of the candidate. But 500 can get you a Medical seat in government Medical college. But please do aim for give or take 50 marks more to be on the safer side.
