Can i get government medical college with 430 marks by using green card?

I am guessing by green card you mean as an NRI candidate. The seat matrix is usually distributed, and there are separate seats for UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS as well as NRI candidates in private as well as government colleges. You should apply for the counselling
430 marks are not sufficient this year to get a government seat in medical colleges, but you can apply as an NRI candidate. The fees for an NRI seat is usually much more than what you will pay for a government seat.
