As per last year NEET Counselling statistics, you will be offered Diploma in Govt colleges through AIQ if you belong to General Category. For eg: Madras Medical College was offered at rank 7450, Madurai Medical College 7508 and more.
For MD Gynae i believe you need to turn to private colleges like Amrita, Manipal, etc.
