    well what you are asking is taht if you will get iit after giving mathematics compartmental exam . But you have not mentioned your year, if you are talking about the same year of 12th and jee, then answer is no. But you can give in diffrent year, means in 2019 12th compartmental exam in maths and then in 2020 jee advanced to get an iit.
