Can i get iit bhilai mechanical engineering if my sc category rank is 3004 in jee adv. 2018,and I am a girl?

The last closing seat of SC in 2017 was at 2270. But since we have 14% quota this time, you can fill all the IITs which you prefer, there's a chance that you might get into one.
