No, but by qualifying jee mains you will get a chance to appear in jee advance and if you will get a good rank in jee advance then you can get admission in IITs.

hi,
see jee main is the common entrance test for engineering admission in all over india. but this exam is really important to get admission in iits. based on jee main exam score a cutoff will released and students who qualify that cutoff will sit for jee advance exam which is the entrance exam to admission in btech course in iits.
