Hello,
Since you have scored 53 percentile in JEE mains 2019, if you belong to general or obc category then you haven't even qualified the JEE mains.
To get IIT you have to appear for JEE advanced and to be able to appear for JEE advanced you have to first qualify JEE mains and since you haven't qualified JEE mains you can't get into IIT'S.
