Can I get IIT Tirupati at the GATE SCORE of 571 and AIR 7550 in Mechanical engineering?

It would be more clear if you would have specified your category.
But, I can provide you the GATE cutoff of the previous year i.e. 2018 for all categories in the branch of Mechanical Engineering-
1. General- 713
2. OBC- 635
3. SC- 428
4. ST- 428
This cutoff was for all three streams in the Mechanical Engineering branch.
