Hey Ravi,
With a rank of 195k, it seems difficult to get any government college in West Bengal on the basis of JEE marks, unless you have any category. It is so because, on the basis of JoSAA counselling, you can be alloted NIT Durgapur or IIEST Shibpur in West Bengal, both of the colleges having high cutoffs. But, you can have your chances by giving WBJEE and then choosing the counselling on the basis of JEE Mains and WBJEE marks as well. Also, to find more colleges you can use the college predictor option provided by Careers360. Here's the link -
