With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 4400-5600. If you fall in OBC category then chances are a little less that even with your state domicile you'll get CNLU Patna. But you may get NLUs like Trichy, Shimla, Ranchi and Jabalpur
Apart from that you have some chances of getting into VIPS and Nirma University also.
