can i get into deccan medical college if i score 500

You have not mentioned your category.Assuming that you belong to general category, in 2019 a candidate with 492 marks secured seat under local region in Deccan College Of Medical Sciences and a candidate with 505 marks secured seat under non-local region in the same institute. Based on previous year you may have slight chances of getting seat but cut off may increase or decrease you need to score minimum 520-525 marks in NEET UG 2020 to have decent chances of getting seat.

As per last year cutoff trend-

for state quota the cutoff under government quota was - 492 marks, for management quota 384.

For all india quota the cutoff under government quota was 505 marks and for management quota was 384.

So If you belong to telangana than you may have even chances for 500, but if from other state than it will be difficult for you.
