Hi dear candidate,
Both the colleges Maharaja Agrasen (MAIMS) or Gitarattan (GIBS) are affiliated to IP University and allows admission either by CLAT or IPU CET Law. Without either of these exams, your admission is NOT accepted there. You can try looking for management quota seats in these colleges if you have got good marks in 12th class.
BEST REGARDS
Hello,
Yes, you can get into these colleges without any CLAT exam, but you need to take other exams like CUET-UG for Maharaja Agarsen College and IPUCET, CAT or CUET-UG for the Gitarttan College. If you want to know which college is better, it varies on your personal choices and the course you are going to pursue in this college.
I hope it will clear your query!!
Since both maharaja agrasen and gitarattan college are affiliated to GGSIPU that accepts entrance exam CUET so you dont need to give clat for that.
If you dont appear in cuet you can get into these colleges through management quota seats.
For comparing which college is better in simple words choose MAIMS for established reputation and if you are interested in placement records choose GIBS they reported packages of up to INR 20 LPA in 2023.
Hope it helps in your decision!!
You cannot normally get admission in Gitarattan or Maharaja Agrasen for law courses without CLAT. Gitarattan admits students mainly through CLAT UG or sometimes CUET, and not only on Class 12 marks. Maharaja Agrasen, being part of Delhi University, takes admission through CUET UG. So you will need one of these entrance exams for admission.
If we compare both, Gitarattan is more focused on law courses with moot courts and legal activities, while Maharaja Agrasen has the advantage of Delhi University’s name and recognition. If you are looking only for law exposure, Gitarattan is slightly better. If you want DU’s brand value, Maharaja Agrasen is better.
