Can I get into Ramachandran medical college this year 2025 with rank of 300000
With a NEET 2025 All India Rank of around 3,00,000, getting a seat in Sri Ramachandra Medical College, which is a deemed private university, is highly unlikely for the MBBS program through general category.
In recent years, the closing rank for general category in this college has usually been much lower than 3 lakh — typically between 2.3 lakh to 2.7 lakh, depending on the round. Even in mop-up rounds, the cutoffs haven’t gone beyond that range.
However, if you belong to a reserved category or are applying under NRI/management quota, there might be a small chance, but the fees are extremely high under those quotas — often over 25–30 lakh per year.
If you want to explore BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or allied health science courses, you may have more options with this rank.
Hello aspirant,
As your NEET rank of 3 lakh, getting a government MBBS seat in Ramachandran Medical College would be quite tough. However, if you're referring to private or deemed universities under the same or similar name and you're open to self-financing or NRI quota, then there could still be a chance. Again, your category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) and state quota matter a lot. Try during mop-up rounds, and keep private colleges on your list as backup.

All the best!
If your NEET rank is 300000, then it is very difficult to get MBBS admission in Sri Ramachandra Medical College in 2025. In the last year, the closing rank for MBBS was around 237000. Your rank is higher than that, so you are not likely to get MBBS there.
But for BDS (Dental course), there is a chance. Last year, students with even higher ranks than 300000 got admission in BDS in the later rounds. So if you are okay with BDS, you can try for it in the counselling.
If MBBS is your only choice, you can try in other private colleges with higher cut-offs or check for management quota seats, but the fees will be high.
