Yes, it is quite possible to secure admission to top IIMs (such as A, B, and C) even with a two-year gap after Class 12, and even if you are pursuing an online BBA degree. The only thing that matters is how well you can justify the gap and have a strong academic background with a solid CAT percentile.

What matters most is how effectively you justify the gap, maintain strong academic performance, and perform well in the CAT exam. Moreoever if you can convince the interviewer positively during the interview, then it's a win-win situation for you.
