Yes, You did not mention any specific sector and any branch so I assume that anything will work so You will get at least some course. As there is no criterion for 12th Percentage so You just need a score of JEE Main for which I would say that any rank under 60000 in JEE Main will give you any course in JEE Main, as Marks vs Rank vary so there is nothing more we can say about it.
