The cut offs aren't out yet so can't be sure but on the basic of last year I think you may get a seat in ECE branch as the last year cut off for ECE was 107, but still the cut offs change every year so the possibilities are low that the cut offs drop to 100 marks so I suggest you should look for some backup plan as well.
