Can i get lower nlus in spot rounds with 8433 rank? And my raj state rank is894 general women
Hello,
With a CLAT All India Rank (AIR) of 8433 and a Rajasthan state rank of 894 (General Women category), your chances of getting admission in top NLUs are very low, as they usually close within AIR 2000–2500 for popular courses.
However, for lower NLUs or less competitive state NLUs, there is a possibility during spot rounds, because:
Seats that remain vacant after all counselling rounds are offered in spot rounds.
Some state quotas or reserved seats may also open up.
Your Rajasthan state rank may help in state quota seats, especially if the NLU in Rajasthan or nearby states has women or category reservations.
In short:
Top NLUs – unlikely.
Lower NLUs / less competitive NLUs – possible in spot rounds, so keep checking official counselling updates and be ready to take admission immediately if a seat is available.
All the best.
Hello,
With a General All India Rank of 8433, securing a seat in a National Law University (NLU) during the initial counselling rounds is unlikely, as general category cutoffs typically close around 2000-2500 for the newest NLUs. However, you have limited possibilities in the spot rounds.
I hope it will clear your query!!
