Can I get medical seat at any medical college with 387 marks and economically backward certificate with 1,42,029 rank and general category

If you would have mentioned your state we could have given you the various possibilities with a better accuracy. However on an overall basis getting a govt seat is tough.

You can try for private colleges in your state or in open domicile states. You can also try for deemed universities.
