the registration fees refund usually is not repaid before the exam and it is done only if you have paid it more the required times or if the registration is cancelled satisfying the eligibilty criteria for refunding. the exam conducting committee have already decided some terms and conditions before the application or registration for an exam. it would have the specified information about the fees refund and related informations, usually the committee or the authority refunds the fees if so ever after the subsequent process get completed. all you need to do is wait for the examination to get completed or you can contact the concerned members of the committe via phone or mail.

No in any case, the registration fee amount will not refunded. The amount will be refunded if you have paid the registration fee twice. The one time fees will be refunded in that case. If you are not giving exam and you have paid registration fees,then it won't be refunded in any case.
