You can get your WBJEE rank card only if you have qualified WBJEE. Also, are you asking about WBJEE 2018 or have you already taken the state level entrance test in 2017. In case you have taken the test in 2017, then in case the candidates who do not qualify the test, are not eligible for downloading their rank card. This means that the WBJEE Board will not issue rank card to such candidates. Such candidates can only check their scores and ranks through WBJEE result. However, you may get in touch with WBJEEB officials as there may also be some technical problem in terms of downloading the rank card.
The rank card of WBJEE reflects the total score and the component score of the candidate secured in the exam.
