Hello,
Yes you can get MYSY irrespective of which ever college you join as this is provided by the government.
to get the MYSY Scholarship your score must be above 80% in 12th in major subjects and the parental income must be less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum.
You have to search for the scholarships and apply for them after finding that you are satisfying the criteria.
There might be some acomodation concesion provided. Better ask your seniors of the college you will join they will help you out perfectly.
