Hi Gaurav!

the answer to your query is YES!, but for now it is hard to predict which NIT and what Branch. Because the percentile will be finalised after the second papers of april and the ranks will be opted both for All India category and state category if talking about JEE MAINS.

Apart from this the seat allocation is done in a sepearte lane for the state students and all india for that particular college.
