As you have mentioned that your jee crl rank is 5 lakhs which indeed is very high to get a seat in the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, with 5 lakh you won't be able to get NIT Hamirpur...
Well, let me tell you that 50,000 crl ranking Candidates also face many difficulties in get a seat for engineering in the csab the special round.. Though, the cutoff for csab special round goes somewhat higher (rank wise) but still your chances to get a seat is almost negligible...

I am sorry to inform you that with this rank and percentile you would not be able to get any seat in nit or gftis. You can go for good private colleges like kit, srm, vit. You can give the entrance examinations or you can take admission through management quota
