It is very difficult to predict the actual jee mains rank from your percentile as it varies on several parameters like number of students appeared for exam,how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. With 93 percentile, It is difficult to get into older NITs. However, You had chance to get into Newer NITs like NIT-Arunanchal Pradesh, NIT - Meghalaya, NIT-Manipur etc. Apart from NITs, you can get into IIITs like IIIT-Sonepat, IIIT-Kota , IIIT-Bhopal.
