Can I get packages like 15 lac or let's just say 12 lacs if I get admission through ugee and do btech in cse.

First of all let me clear your misconception that if you graduate from a not so recognised college you won't be able to get a high paying job. It is completely not the case. What students usually miss is they don't try to get out of there way to achieve their goal. I agree it may not come easy but it is really very achievable if you put your herat and soul to it. Also CSE is a branch that has ample opportunities both in-campus and off-campus. Get your basics right find your area of interest in the field and just get behind it.

well its good to know that you are concious about your future life. however right now before entering btech i would suggest you to choose computer science if you have real interest on this subject. see its not like that only cse people can get that package only, even a electrical engineer or mechanical or ece engineer can also earn the same. now about placement, it depends on the college and how many companies visita the campus for placement. in general people get 3.5-6 lpa from tier 1 colleges. yes iiit has good placement but you cannot predict that the 12 lac package company will come on this particular year. so study well and make yourself capable.
