Can I get rank 1 with 1 month GATE 2017 CS/IT preparation?

Rank 1 requires hardwork as well as luck as well because their are many other factors acting as well such as Normalization. It is possible if you already have studied the subjects and have done some practice for questions. Now all you should do is join a good test series, attempt it whole heartedly, revise previous year questions and formulae. All the best :)
