Yes you can get a seat in NITs like NIT srinagar, NIT manipur, NIT agartala and much more. IIITs are quite tough. Fill the preferences as you want it to be as the counseling process can be really unpredictable at times. I am not sure of branch

Which category you are as the percentile and rank was not matching as you are a obc candidate I think so it is difficult to get a seat in any nit iiit gfti etc ..try for private clgs tq any quires comment below
