Yes, you stand a chance based on the previous year cut-offs which was 280+, but the chance is very low. As more number of peoples are opting for this course so the cut off can go very high this year. And, hence you stand a very low chance. To get government college you atleast need to score 350+ in NEET examination for BAMS.
