The pre decided cutoff for jee advanced is 31.5%. That is equivalent to 117 marks. So it seems that you are far behind the cutoff, you may not be qualified. So you have low chances for getting any seat in IITs. If the paper was too tough than cutoff may be decreased.

The cut-off this year is expected to be around 70 for general EWS. So you will just be at the margin, hence your chances of getting admission in any IIT are low. If you do manage to get admission, it will be in the less popular courses and low ranked IITs. To be sure of anything, we need to wait until the results are out.
